Welcome to the Cencora GPO Portal!
The Cencora GPO Portal was created to allow for a more streamlined approach to a number of processes and procedures within Cencora and we truly hope that this provides an improvement to your business with Cencora!
As a new user for the Cencora GPO Portal, there are some navigation tools and information we'd like to share with you prior to your journey to more efficient business rhythms with Cencora. This guide has been created as your 1st stop to help provide guidance and support to get you on your way!
Account Set-up
Once your account is approved to be set up, a Cencora GPO Portal Administrator will initiate the set up process and an email will be sent to you from the Cencora GPO Portal. The email will have a temporary password that will need to be used to activate your account.
Simply click the button in the email which will bring you to the site with a message that your email has been verified and instructing you to use the temporary password from the email. First enter your email address and then the password from the email (copy/paste is fine).
You will then be brought to this screen to update your password - note that the Cencora GPO Portal does have password requirements. Once you've entered your password and confirmed it, click the button.
Next, you will be prompted to indicate your MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) preference. Every 30 days, you will need to reset the MFA on your browser and the Cencora GPO Portal gives you two (2) options for this process - either your mobile phone or you can use an Authenticator application such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.
Once a selection is made, click the button which will then prompt the portal to either text you a 6-digit code or the portal will ask for your 6-digit verification code from your authenticator app.
Once complete, your account is confirmed and you're all set to begin using the Cencora GPO Portal!
Portal Access
Each time you log in to the Cencora GPO Portal, you'll be asked for your Email Address and Password.
If you have forgotten your password, simply click the link found at the bottom of the Login screen. The portal will prompt to re-enter your email address and then for you to click the
button at the bottom left.
This will prompt the following message to display - check your email for the Password Reset link.
NOTE - To ensure successful delivery of communication from the Cencora GPO Portal, it may be necessary to white list and/or safe list the email address, no-reply@cencoragpoportal.com. If you are not receiving emails from the Cencora GPO Portal in either your inbox or junk mail, you may need to contact your IT department to have the email address added to their safe list.
If it is your 1st time logging in OR if it has been more than 30 days, you will be prompted to enter your MFA code - the portal will use whatever you originally set for your preference. Reminder to also click the "Don't ask again for 30 days" box to save the MFA cookie to your browser - you then won't be prompted to submit the MFA code again for another 30 days.
